Kalu Interiors Return Policy
At Kalu Interiors, we are dedicated to providing you detailed photos and accurate descriptions of our items to help you make the right decision! We do however have a 7 day return policy in the case that you change your mind.
For change of mind returns, please note that the item must:
- Be in its original packaging
- Be unused
- Be unassembled
We do require that the customer will need to pay for:
- Return fees of the item (Unless the customer is dropping the item off)
- A 20% Restocking fee
Please note that a further 20% restocking fee is applicable in the case that the item is not returned in its original packaging. The initial delivery charged for the goods is not subject to refund.
